Dear Artisans & Sponsors,

 

We hope this note finds you and your family and friends healthy and safe. We imagine that you have all given thought to your participation in Art on Main 2020? As a community event, our committee's first objective is to proceed with an event that does not expose any of our artists and attendees to any adverse health effects. 

 

Due to the global pandemic, many local community events have been postponed or cancelled. Our committee has made the decision that under the current conditions, and the long term possibility of the Covid 19, that it is in the best interest to protect our artisans and community from any health risks.

 

Since many of our artisans have made their deposit for the 2020 event, we would hope that you would consider participating in 2021 and use your current payment as your deposit for next year. For any of you that would prefer to have your deposit refunded, please contact us to process your return payment. We will issue each return payment as they arrive, otherwise we will reserve your space as a participant for Art on Main 2021, and re-issue your payment receipt.

 

To our sponsors, we are so very appreciative of your support and we are requesting that if you would like a reimbursement of your sponsorship donation, then please notify us and we will issue your reimbursement for 2020. If not, then we will continue to focus on our AOM 2021 event.
